11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Swedish courts, with the Stockholm District Court as the court of first instance.

For users residing in the European Union, nothing in these Terms affects your rights as a consumer under applicable EU consumer protection laws.
